flicker scores
I have always been interested in the idea of a moving score. It suddenly descends for cello is an example of creating a sense of a moving image whilst still remaining completely within the parameters of the conventional score. And by using the medium of flicker books I can keep the score related to paper but take it one further step towards the animated score (another project I am currently working on).
If you have a moment; a pair of scissors and a stapler then please download ("Save Target As...") and print Part One and Part Two out and make two flicker books. I will be uploading more over the next year to create my Flicker Book Magnus Opus.
