Two works from Molitor, Eigentlich Lieben Sich Katzen und Mäuse and After the Strangely Monumental were featured as part of this year's Soundings VI in London and Vienna this May.

Soundings IV

In May 2008, Claudia Molitor took part in Soundings IV, a platform for contemporary music initiated by the Austrian Cultural Forum London. It presented and profiled young composers and performers from Austria and the United Kingdom in workshops, symposia and concerts.

This new work written for Southampton City Orchestra as part of spnm's Adopt a Composer scheme was premiered in November 2007.

This new work was commissioned and premiered by contemporary ensemble, Apartment House, for the Wien Modern festival of contemporary music in November 2007.

Anton Lukoszevieze, cello, performed Claudia's It descends occasionally, in a concert during the York Late Music Festival in June.

Tango, for solo piano, was performed by Taina Neimela at SCORE!, an all day event held at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.

The ensemble, Kürbis, performed Claudia's It descends occasionally; Kürbis, and For Leone at Kettle's Yard, Cambridge in February.

Leek

Leek, for triangle duo, was performed by the Backbeat percussion quartet in London and Manchester as part of spnm's Second Sight series of new music events in February.
